Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Please look elsewhere. Pool onsite to include a restaurant was inoperable. This Was not listed when booking or I would have stayed elsewhere .

Grounds are dirty and need cleaning. Several rubble/rocks located near pool site and can render trip hazards to guest and staff. A mini pool that is not in use needs to be drained as it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Seriously, not safe for the general public.
My room was dirty! The property needs renovation. Please look elsewhere. I’m serious.
Be advised that the spa has a pool that children can take advantage of during the hours of 8 am to 12pm. But be careful to use the correct door when entering or staff will scold you.
The spa staff were unkind and unwelcoming. For this to be a “5 star property”, I would hate to see what the 4-star options look like.
The front desk staff was kind and the lobby and front of the property is well maintained. I felt as though we were thrown into a poorly kept room with a questionable sea view.
All in all, will not stay again. Please be advised.
