"We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby, Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed"

Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. "You can tell this place used to be 5* when it opened. Not kept well room was dirty and unfortunately staff weren’t overly helpful "
