The property can be hard to find as you have to drive along the beach to get there and then turn inland on some unmarked roads. Do not try to get there after dark. It needs a 4 X 4 vehicle. But once you are there, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very hospitable. But as a place to enjoy a very quiet beautiful beach in central Oman, it is ideal. "
