"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The hotel is so clean, on multiple occasions I had spotted staff members cleaning the elevator floor entrance. Every staff member that saw you would greet you, check if you needed anything. Our waking hours were all over the place, but any request we’d make at any hour (housekeeping, more water, toiletries etc) they were all responded to almost immediately. Once after breakfast, I had asked the reception for water, by the time I got upstairs, the bottles were there. The hotel has dates and tea in the lobby as soon as you enter. The location is so good, it’s on the north side of the mosque, you can enter the haram within seconds of leaving the hotel. We added breakfast as part of our reservation, best decision I’ve ever made. The hotel deserves 5 stars for the omelette alone. The food selection is very very big. The rooms were very clean. We booked a room with 2 twin beds even though we wanted a king (last minute booking), we put the beds together ourselves, we didn’t bother asking the staff, but the next time we stepped out, the hotel staff put the beds together properly including king sized sheets. This was very thoughtful and it makes you feel like you’re taken care of. Another note is we booked the hotel and went to check in 3 minutes later. And somehow, the rooms were ready for us. I was so impressed by this alone. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful "

"We wanted to leave an honest and detailed review of our stay, especially because we almost didn’t book this hotel due to some negative comments about the area and check-in. Our experience, however, was completely smooth and positive from start to finish. Location: The location worked perfectly for us. The hotel is within walking distance to the prophet’s mosque. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Quba Front entrance which is full of discounted shopping. From there, it’s roughly a 10 minute walk north to Masjid An-Nabawi or 35 minutes south to Masjid Quba if you enjoy a longer walk. The hotel sits in a residential area, which some reviewers labeled as “sketchy,” but honestly you’re in Madina, the city of the Prophet SAW. Not everything needs to be modern or luxurious to be appreciated. We found the area calm and authentic. Transportation / Finding the Hotel: Some people mentioned that their taxi drivers had trouble finding the place, but both of our drivers found it with no problem at all. You can easily search the hotel name on Google, and it appears clearly with the correct address on Google Maps. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to install a visible sign on the window or building with the name of the hotel. Staff are very helpful. They sent detailed check in instructions for self check in and it was super easy and smooth. Elevators fast and clean. Room super clean and updated renovated. Staff were very helpful and responsive."

"I stayed from 6 to 8 November, the hotel is located just 3 minutes walk to the Majid e Nabwi, hotel & rooms were clean despite of heavy number of guests they maintained it very well. The hotel even offered me complimentary evening snacks (4 Pm to 8 Pm) as I booked executive room. Room was quite however some noise came when some guests arrived in the next room. I requested for room on the highest floor & they provided me with it. The breakfast was just WOW, Mr. Abdulaziz at the restaurant entrance was very cooperative despite of my booking doesn't included breakfast however I paid on the spot & enjoy a very large variety of items for my breakfast. Parking was easily available in B2. Everything was super clean & well organized, the check in was smooth & check out was even more smooth. The staff including the security persons were super cooperative as I need to park my car & the security staff came along with me directed me to the exact parking entrance of the hotel. I cannot sum up in words how amazing my experience was with this hotel. Thank you Saja Madina Hotel for your amazing hospitality."
