"We came back to the W as a family this time. We had connecting track view rooms on the Marina side which also came with an accessible room for smooth disabled facilities. Staff were amazing as always from the valets, security, reception, concierge, breakfast, gym to the housekeeping staff. Everyone deserves credit for the hospitality and efficient service they provide at one of the busiest times of the year. They helped create a welcoming atmosphere at all times for groups of all ages. I’d asked for an extra single bed to be provided in one room and it wasn’t picked up from our wishlist (all the other items were though) but was brought up within 20mins despite it being 3am. We stayed over NYE so got to see the Yas Fireworks at the Etihad Arena from our room. There was music till the early hours which got a bit noisy for the kids but expected due to the branding vibe of the hotel. The window do keep some of the noise from the track and overhead planes out but this is not the place to stay if you want total tranquility for the duration of your stay. Great location for the Yas theme parks and only 1hr from Dubai Marina by car. For those wishing to get tickets to the parks, there is are discounted tickets for Person of Determination and an accompanying adult available from the parks. My daughter went on many of the rides at Warner Bros despite some concern about being denied access raised by other posts online. We didn’t get to run/cycle on the track as TrainYas was not open o"

"This was my first trip to Abu Dhabi and it was fabulous. My suite was beautiful. Great view of the pool and beach area. It was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful. I took a few tours and people on the tour bus were impressed by the beauty of the property. The Chi Spa was a splendid experience. I tried the room service and dined at the bar and grill, the food was very tasty."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Double Tree on Yas Island. The kitchen is well-equipped, room was spotless, and the distance to parks was perfect. The WB and Waterworld were walkable and other parks were a short taxi ride. There is a shuttle from the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again. "

"Excellent location of the hotel. Just a 5-min taxi ride from Yas Mall, Ferrari World and Warner Brothers. We were given an excellent room on top floor, corner - had an amazing panoramic view of the golf course, Yas Marina F1 circuit and Ferrari World. Good eating options in the hotel (Mexican restaurant, Belgian cafe). Breakfast spread was good with lot of options (including local Indian cuisines). Staff was helpful and polite."
