"Great rooms"

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself. I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more). Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored. We won’t be back "

"Had a lovely 3-night stay at La Baranda. The all-inclusive options were great with plenty of food variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families."
