When we arrived we only had about 1/4 of a big jug of water. I emailed property and were told water is on us. So we of course bought our own. However on the day we left the guy brought in a brand new full water! One of the bathroom lights were out, the master bathroom sink was plugged they came to " fix" it and didnt. Underneath the sink leaked. These are minor to me I've stayed around here several times, I can overlook things BUT.. The real kicker...we checked out at 10:45 with the guy with the new water coming in. First I got an email at 12:45 PM that we needed to check out ( we were already at the car rental company returning car) Followed by several other disturbing emails. One stating that 2 pillows and 2 towels were missing( oh yea I come clear to Mexico to steal towels and pillows um hmmm) and put them in my suitcase!🙄 Then another email saying a towel was dirty and we need to help " share" the cost of getting it cleaned. I was APPALLED, I mean in every way. We took very good care of everything, traveling with us our Mother and Father in laws in thier mid 70's. I mean, this was no party trip lol. I let Tao know how I felt and was told I was being " rude" So, never again Tao youve lost our business when I return we won't be booking with you again. Safe travels everyone!
