"Be aware there is no cleaning and having now stayed in a few rooms, each has hair remaining from previous guests. When I flagged this they said the cleaners would come - the cleaners changed half the towels (not all), left all rubbish on the top (there is no bin) and did nothing about the hair visible on the floor. The bottles for the body wash etc. were broken and so couldn’t be used and the shelf itself was broken so the bottles would fall off if you did attempt to use. It’s impossible to get through to speak to reception from the AI bot and even when you do they ignore you and do nothing about your request. "

"Our room was clean and had everything we needed. View of Barangaroo was lovely especially at Sunset. Had a delicious breakfast with great variety and beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. Staff were very attentive."

"Nice funky hotel. Small narrow hallways but bright and clean. Easy check in, coffee shop in the lobby with food options. Beds and pillows are ok. The area is great next to police station. "

"Reception staff were friendly and welcoming on check in and during the stay. Small touches like the mini bar snacks, soft drinks and snacks downstairs are complimentary. I took a small room which was quite small, with no outlook. I didn't check but there is no gym, which I would have preferred - but that is more of a personal preference and not reflective of the hotel. Restaurant downstairs great and overall really great comfortable hotel."
