Overall the hotel was decent for the area and convenient for our travels tourist places around. The staff was friendly and cooperative as well. Family room that I booked was spacious however a bit over priced for that area. The hot/ freshly made breakfast items were good like dosa, chole kulcha. What I didn't like mostly is the smelly surrounding as observed on the first day of our check-in. Same smell was in the room's bathroom as well. The smell had gone away on the 2nd day. Also, the breakfast counter had few items that tasted stale/cold like masala idli, paratha, steamed idli as reported to the Chef and other staff. I also had reported to the attending staff the hair strand I got in serving spoon and live cockroach on the dining table. Overall, cleanliness and breakfast quality is something the staff should work on further to make the first experience great for your customers. Thank you for the service!
