"Not IDK what. Definitely not a 5 star - paid $500 for a room with view to that “tower” - most I ever regretted "

"We’ve stayed here in 2024 for 8 nights and it was perfect so we decided to stay here again this time for 10 nights. We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. Other times, no more coffees or toilet papers, so we had to call to have them brought up. It wasn’t "

"Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel is clean and love how the train station is close by."

"Main tower where we stayed is older but immaculate. Rooms could use some modernizing. Bed was not super comfortable but useable. Was in a great location, across street from metro, and had a thousand amenities from restaurants, 7-11, and a bowling alley on site. Self service coin laundry was enormous and immaculate. Never tried buffet for breakfast as line was 30 mins+ every day. Rate was really good. Would stay again - no hesitation. "

"Property was much older than some pf the other Mitsui garden hotels ive stayed in. Staff were very hospitable but definitely lower quality stay compared to other Mitsui hotels."
