First time in Sri Lanka. Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere. Friendly, courteous staff who couldn't do enough for us, a superb room with a balcony offering a beautiful beach view. We stayed five nights and didn't bother to eat anywhere else - the food was excellent. We wanted to take the chef home with us. We took long walks along the beaches and spent a lot of time in the wonderful hotel grounds and by the very stylish infinity pool. We want to visit Sri Lanka again soon...

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were fresh with a good range of choices, regularly changed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Methuli on the front desk was particularly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to planning a return visit

Nice hotel and place to relax, only things to maybe improve would be to add some ventilation to the bathroom as it turned into a sauna and to maybe increase the amount purchased for the restaurant as it did regularly not have my first choice of food - not great as there aren't many other options in the locality

Amazing, clean and great location hotel! This is right on the beach with its own secluded pool, relaxation area and just steps to the sea. The staff are great and the room we were given were amazing!

Loved this property. The reception was so friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely. The food and drinks (aside from one mistake) was good and reasonably priced. We often had the beach to ourselves. A few things, such as the gym and probably do with a bit of an update/clean but it was the end of the season and there were very few people to use it. The TV was good for English speakers, should you want news or movies. The hair dryer and mirror were outside of the shower and toilet area,...

This is an ideal hotel to unwind and when you have, go explore the real Sri Lanka. Our Tuk-Tuk driver was superb in helping us with every thing out side the hotel, ie eating out for a change and trip, his name is Thomas. hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did.

Suite Lanka is such a lovely place. We stayed for 11 days so longer than most and throughout our stay the staff didn’t put a foot wrong. This is what makes this place special. If you want an ultra modern bland hotel then this is definitely Not your place. Our rooms ( pool suite and adjoining room) were comfortable and spacious, with good air con and beautiful bathrooms. Stunning hotel with exceptional hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and very highly recommend the hotel.

A family business run by Himmel. The property sits right next to Bentota Lagoon. There is a daily shuttle to and from the beach. The accommodation is in a block of two floors. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and a large furnished patio or balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The rooms are kept very clean by very friendly staff. This property is in an excellent position, 5mins to Hikkaduwa by tuk tuk and 40mins by bus to Galle. It is away from all tourism, quiet and relaxing. The locals in the area are very friendly and always say Hello, Good Morning when they see you or just give you a wave. It has much to do nearby and the beautiful private beach is only 5mins away.

Great location with very helpful staff. The meals were wonderful and the service is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 80. Our room was comfy and Henry, his wife and staff couldn't do enough for us. The tranquil garden was a real haven and the pool was a bonus. We weren't far from excellent beaches and the railway station. A tuktuk was available to run us to wherever we wanted to be whether to the local market or local gardens. And the breakfasts were excellent.

The hotel is newly opened and some parts are not yet operational like the ocean wing and some of its restaurants. However we loved our stay and wish to come back when the hotel has 100% occupancy. The food the room the service is a class apart. The staff delights you from the time u enter and the time you exit the hotel.. I loved the way they welcomed us with a cultural dance and bid us good bye by tying a yellow thread in our hand for a safe journey.. The best part of the hotel is...

The resort was very smart, and beautifully appointed. Staff were constantly cleaning, and tidying in the grounds, and the restaurant workers and poolboys very attentive.

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved this place. Firstly the location was lovely, right on the river bank. Very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was served in the garden overlooking the water. We ate there most nights too and the food was superb, freshly cooked and the curries were different each night. The staff were incredible, really friendly and helpful.
