"Do not book with this hotel. Terrible service from its personnel. The hotel employees were rude, the type of rude employee who tells you "do whatever you want I won't do anything more" We were treaded so poorly that I will never come back to that hotel! Save yourself the trouble. There are two other hotels right next to this horrible one, choose either one, except The View. The hotel doesn't have a phone number available to contact a manager either. Overall a terrible experience."

"I stayed for 1 night, room was huge and exceptionally clean. Morning Staff was helpful at assisting me w transportation needs. Breakfast was good, staff there were attentive. Buffet was good. Pricey but good. Everything was clean. I definitely would stay again if needed."

"Great location. Right in the downtown area. Hotel was safe. There's a desk person all day every day and at night you need to buzz the ringer to get let in. It gave a wonderful feeling of safety. The rooms got cleaned every day. I only wished it had A/C since I'm from the Midwest. I'm not fond of the warm weather without A/C to sleep. Besides that everything was wonderful."
