"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich, jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. "On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."

"Its ok. No air-conditioning but the weather is not hot too. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor where i stayed. So, due to climbing of a long staircase, I have to get all my stuff for the day everyday before going out to avoid climbing multiple times a day. Although, The room is clean and comfortable."
