Friendly family service and wonderful food

Clean room. Efficient welcome.

The building is lovely and in keeping with the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and serve you a plentyful breakfast, they even told us to make up some rolls for lunchtime. The bed was comfy and the room size was fine, the bathroom was a bit snug but okay. Location is excellent, it's been extremely hot , so we have been out early when its cool, really good chilling in the park bar in the afternoon under the shade , in deck chairs watching the ships and birds on the Rhine. Absolutely amazing stay. Well worth 4 stars at least! Hotel looks brand new. Very good breakfast with varied choices.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially when we did not understand all the German instructions!). The choice at breakfast was vast! The pools are accessible and clean- having robes in the room with slippers and a bag to take poolside made it easy! The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to sit. Exce;;ent hotel only a short distance from the centre of Rudesheim and the bank of the Rhine. Good breakfast choice and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant served excellent food.

Good location with easy walking access to the city. Parking limited and so I had to park in nearby shopping centre - quite expensive. Rooms were pleasant

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the old town. Quite spacious room with air con. Very good buffet breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. Helpful and friendly staff. All round good experience.

Lovely family hotel good location perfect for a rhine cruise day trip

Upon arrival, the receptionist offered us a free upgrade and directed us to nearby parking; really appreciated.

Lovely clean room with a great view of the city. Food and wine great in the restaurant. Not badly priced for hotel amenities. Even the wine from the vending machine was palatable. Friendly efficient staff happy to assist. The city is completely walkable from this hotel.

Very Nice Hotel with Terrace bar facing onto the Rhine. Ideal location Food & Drink Good

Staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely, would definitely recommend!!

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious, it had a wall divider which almost felt like having two bedrooms. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast a lot, nice fruit selection in the summer, healthy juices and yoghurts, fresh bread, rolls and pastries. Excellent location, 5 minut walk to the town centre where you could find a couple of really nice places to eat. We also loved a free vineyard walk which is located literally outside the hotel. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful...
