The customer service was very bad . I will not recommend any one to use this hotel. There are we no one to take your stuff to taxi after you are moving out from property

The manager was rude and utterly unprofessional. Despite having confirmed booking that was fully paid, he didn't allocate a room saying they were fully booked and he had nothing to do with Expedia booking and it was not good responsibility that Expedia booked the room
