Very good breakfast and the staff were all great!! Close enough to walk most places in La Fortuna. Definitely recommend Restaurante la Familigia for dinner (as recommended by the staff), excellent food and prices are unbelievable. We tried other places that were not great. "

He was so welcoming and kind, which made our trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this resort and will be sharing our experience with friends and family. "The room was very nice with great view even though the volcano was cloudy. The spa and pool areas were great, especially the jacuzzi area where our family were able to relax in a more secluded area. The staff was great from reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was really good and service was top!! "

"Rooms are stand alone, which is very nice. Feels like you are far away from the town. Yet just minutes away. Included breakfast was good, server was very nice. Randy who can help with tours very attentive. When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed for renovations. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Was part of the reason my family booked there. Also Randy offered me $40 in restaurant credit because of the pool. Which seems less than fair. He never actually gave me the restaurant credits.. The hotel is under new management, so guess working the details out still. Will be a great place once the pool is completed. "

"Staff was super nice. The hotel is a walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, the center of town is just 10 minutes walk. My room was cleaned every day. The place is very beautiful. I don't like that there was not WiFi in the rooms. And the breakfast was the same everyday. Beside that everything was good."
