"Excellent location, 5 minutes drive from arenal waterfall, beautiful hotel with a beautiful trail path next to a river , hot tubs are warm not hot but I love that, breakfast is ok , nothing fancy but good enough to start your day. WiFi is only good in the común areas but also in the balcony of the rooms . Definitely recommend "

"This was the most beautiful, most relaxing, and friendliest place ever. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Upon checking in, the staff had drinks and towels for us. They showed us to our room and explained how organic and eco friendly everything was. Our room was private with a patio that had a hammock. The pools were clean and relaxing. Not crowded. The food was delicious, they were constantly feeding us. It rained during our trip but it was still so relaxing and we were still able to squeeze in a lot. We did horse back riding, hiked the property on our own, swam. Everything was clean. The staff were so kind and always made sure we were taken care of. I would come back again for a longer stay! "

"We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also likewise. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The available parking was a bit skimpy but that’s my only negative comment about the hotel. "
