"I normally would not leave a review, but I have to because of Moncie at the front desk. My in laws were traveling with us and they had an issue with their reservation. Moncie she took the time to figure out what went wrong, explain it clearly, and walk us through our options. She gave us practical advice on how to fix it and stayed calm, friendly, and professional the whole time. The room itself was also great. It had a real kitchen with plates, pots, pans, and utensils, so we had everything we needed to cook and eat comfortably. The bed was super comfortable too and it was honestly hard to leave it in the morning. Overall, the stay was very nice, but it is really thanks to Moncie that I am writing this review. "

"The decor in the hotel was stunning! The rooms were tastefully decorated but practical at the same time. Love the rooftop bar and the view of the city. Food was also very good! I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Dallas!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. A really beautiful hotel. Really liked my room. I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "
