Try some other hotels

Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking.

Room was unclean and paint was peeling, in bathroom hot water facility was absent , toilet was ok. Washbasin water was getting flushed into bathroom floor

Very warm welcoming. Everyone tries to do their best for you. But the rooms nicely decorated are lacking comfort in the bathroom. No hot water coming. Water leaking. No light in the bathroom. Some down rooms smelling very bad.

The owner and employees give me the best service I received in my vacation in India. In felt like in a 5 stars hotel! Everyone was very very welcoming, professional and polite...not always the case in India!
