"We booked a room at the last minute. There will a little mix up upon arrival but the hotel upgraded us and bought us dinner to compensate us. Honestly, there was no need. The hotel was fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The beach area was perfect and exactly what we wanted during our time in Greece. Rethymno is a lovely town and not nearly as busy as Chania, which made a huge difference. We would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Great staff very helpful. Hotel lacked irons and ironing boards in the rooms Television channels were limited and tv didnโt connect to your phone. Unfortunately, there was a foul sewer smell coming from outside the room. Food offering was very good"

"Large hotel with a series of buildings built up a hill. Nicely done and well landscaped. We were in the newest section, only opened in March. Very quiet with excellent view only slight downside was a reasonable walk to restaurant."
