The place was terrible. I was in a shock when I saw the room and especially the shower. Looked very different to the pictures on the website. It's a scam! I booked the hotel for four nights in advance, but after visiting the place I moved to a descent place.

Palm surf&spa hotel
We booked a transfer which although confirmed did not arrive, we took a private taxi and when we got to the hotel they said that they hasn’t received our booking - we were put in a private apartment a 20 minute walk from the hotel. This was not ideal as we had our booking confirmed on hotels.com. ...

We had an excellent time, loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The lady who runs the outside pool area is wonderful, as are the life guards, both work very hard to find loungers for you and ensure you have a good time. Hotel Prestige Agadir
Staff at the hotel were so accommodating and welcoming. The property was beautiful. Pool and gardens were well kept.

Hotel Argana
Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again.
