"The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Most if not everyone speaks basic English. The room was spacious and had plenty of room/storage. The bathroom also was big and spacious. I didn’t particularly care for the bathroom amenities - haven’t we moved past the tiny bottles of shampoo etc. plus there was no skincare products which was kind of disappointing. Otherwise it was well stocked and I appreciated the large size waters given and the Nespresso machine was perfect for my first cup of coffee! The free shuttle bus back and forth to the Grand Osaka shopping center was GREAT! It made it convent to get to other metro/subway lines without having to walk so much. Overall I’d stay here again because overall everything was very positive. "
