This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. "I’ve been there on the first week of October. After reading other’s clients reviews about how bad is this hotel, I was a bit scared that I’m gonna have a bad experience. To be honest, the hotel is just fabulous, my room was very clean and spacious, staff are so nice and friendly and breakfast was just delicious.
