The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Exceptional service. In fact we didn't expect it but all the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and accomodating. The food was out of this world in taste and the variety of menus including wild game. If you are looking for peace, quiet, luxury and the royal treatment, look no further. Great job to everyone at the property! Keep up the level of excellence it is absolutely noticed and appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit."
