Room was nice and clean, the hotel is beautiful. Close to Big Ben and Buckingham palace, also the Victoria palace theater where we went to see Hamilton. I loved the view from my 10th floor room! The room looks even better in person. The king bed was comfortable. Also, great staff.

Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.
