Useful shuttle service to get around with friendly drivers. Front desk competence is woeful, especially compared to the other Embassy suites hotel 10mins away.

This was our second stay at Residence Inn Houston this summer. We returned to this hotel because it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (apart from the sofa). The bed was particularly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and shower pure delight. We also enjoyed having a kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge freezer which gave us the choice to eat in or to eat out and unlimited coffee/tea. Big rooms, quiet location, with nearby bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

Check in could have been more welcoming and informative. Room and bathroom were large and generally very clean; bed comfort was average. Breakfast had reasonable choice. Overall recommended and good for a short stay.

Just what we were looking for, comfy bed, clean, quiet, decent breakfast, attentive staff and just next door to an outlet mall. One thing you do need to be aware of however, the shower is extremely slippery! Something I found out about to my cost, I went over in the shower injuring my foot. Thankfully it wasn’t broken as confirmed by X-ray but still badly bruised and swollen. You have been warned!

I thought the hotel was fantastic value for money - well located, super convenient with parking, spacious rooms, very good cleaning, great lobby for amenities and atmosphere, excellent breakfast and decent gym. We had 5 days in Houston after coming a very long way and the comfort of the hotel really set us up for the rest of our stay in the USA. Highly recommended, sincerely.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped.

We stayed from the UK march 12th - 28th. Wonderful hotel, staff were amazing and kind. Easy highway access. Visiting family. Breakfast was great. Kitchen staff thumbs up and thank you for the yogurts. Recommend to all. When we visit again we shall stay here. Thank you all at holiday inn express.
