"The overall experience with the hotel about the cleanliness and customer service was good. I stayed really up high above the 9th floor, and I was still able to hear the echo of the loud music from the bars downstairs surrounding the hotel. For the price I paid I would have expect a great relaxation time at night. Extremely loud, I was not able to sleep or relax. Great place if you don't mind the noise."

"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"Pros: The hotel was great, front desk and the rest of the staff were super friendly, the rooms are very well kept, the bathrooms were nice and the water pressure in the shower i enjoyed. I always felt safe in this hotel. And whenever i left the hotel and came back the room was cleaned and new sheets were made. Negs: there wasnt alot of options for morning breakfast, and its very easy to hear lots of things outside your room. But overall very very great service and will recommend. 10/10"

"Stayed a night before in the single room and it was bad. The private room with an attached bathroom is much better. Bed is more comfortable but clearly the pillows are lumpy and the extra blanket is a blues clue's kids blanket. Floor is dusty and linens have lots of small stains. New ones? Old ones? Who knows.
