We liked that it was quiet snd safe. The staff were always on hand. We didn't like the hidden costs. Please note that even though they advertise that breakfast is included, it is not. It is for only 1 person, so it will not be suitable for a family. We were a family of 4 and only 1 person got to eat free. It will be better to stay somewhere that you can pay upfront so that this is not an issue. We also arranged for airport pick-up when we were coming, so I thought the same option will be available for drop off.. The front desk called a taxi who charged us so much money and delayed us catching our flight. Other issues were poor power supply, no air conditioning, no hot water, the fridge did not work all the time and poor wifi.
