"The place was very clean and well-appointed. The motel seemed decently full by the time I got there well into the wee hours of the morning. I was put into a handicapped room. The side of the bed closest to the door was well-used & noisy. Much to my delight, the side of the bed more difficult to get into was essentially brand-new. Got a great night's sleep! It did smell like smoke in my room in spite of the no smoking rules. I left the door open for a half hour or so and aired it out."

"Older property under current update. My room was completely updated recently and was still lacking a bit of furniture and fixtures. No closet or ability to hang clothing. Breakfast presentation needs serious improvement. Current breakfast situation is not a benefiting feature. Room was just fine so overall my stay was satisfactory. "

"What I wanted was a clean place to sleep and a place to take a shower. This did the job. The outside was a little rough and unkempt inside was OK. I felt safe enough in the location and it was not noisy"

"We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot."

"Awesome cabin, great restaurant, comfy beds and couches,fireplace helped keep the place warm, balconies had excellent view of the lake, basement was a little cold but other than that great, full kitchen with a sprayer in the sink with excellent water pressure. Gas stove. Was nice that it has its own water heater, wifi router, and central heat/ air, full size fridge, firepit and grill, fully furnished. Better options at the convenience store/ office. The wood floor of the cabin could have used a...
