"Absolutely everything! Wowee it was an amazing room, looking right out on the sea front with its beautiful little bay window. Gorgeously cosy and warm. A lovely clean bathroom with a lovely hot water. Breakfast which was included in the price was ample! Vacated room by 10.30am, able to leave car in rear car park whilst we went for a walk. Will definitely return! "

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
