"Was clean"

"The room was dirty with mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The doors were dirty, both the front door and the bathroom. I rented a room with the refrigerator and a microwave. My room had neither one the TV didn’t work in my room. And I will still charged the full price for a night stay when I have lupus, and that mold could literally kill me. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. And the room just looked untouched and unclean for sometime before I got into that room. When I rented here, I also got a two bedroom, why was one of the beds literally sunken in on one side? What if I actually needed that bed for another person? Or a child? And then I go to the front desk to see if they can help me with all of this, and their solution was to have me spend the night in that room and change rooms the next afternoon because they said my new room wouldn’t be ready until 1 PM the next day. They did not refund me anything from that night stay even though I didn’t have the things that I paid for to be in the room."

"7 out of 10 stars. Knocked off a few stars for on going construction and no real breakfast. Room was clean. I would stay there again. Walking distance to casino."

"The property was easy to find, it was fairly close to the highway, and within close proximity to a Walmart, should you need to make a quick purchase. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor was basic, but nice. Parking here is free, and the parking lot was large enough for us to easily find a stop n the day we stayed. The staff was simply amazing, cordial, and eager to help when asked. My only complaint was about the guests who allowed their toddler to run, unattended, down the corridor, while banging and kicking on several doors in our floor. When I called the front desk to let them know what was happening, they said they’d send the manager up to investigate. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know about said child running amok, but the banging and kicking continued for some time afterwards."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff was so friendly. Great customer service if I ever visit California again I will book my hotel there."

"Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office."
