They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "Great cruise option for Ha Long Bay! This one was on the pricier side when looking at options, but you definitely get what you pay for here! We saw some of the other cruise options from Expedia docked when we boarded and felt VERY relieved we had chosen Hermes. The staff were lovely and very accommodating! Overall Ha Long Bay is a tourist destination so keep expectations open, it’s definitely not like the incredible pictures in advertisements (trash everywhere!) "

"Our waitress Thảo was superb in welcoming us & taking care of us at every meals during our entire stay. She was attentive and caring, introducing us to all the Ha Long Bay specialties. Thảo, Asst. Manager Trung and Chef Hữu went out of their way to prepare special Hạ Long squid dishes for us to try, making our stay very memorable. The entire Grand Pioneers 1 crew was very friendly & courteous & helpful. We would definitely recommend Grand Pioneers cruise to our friends & family and hope to come back again!!"
