"The property was clean. The hotel is situated near Shinjuku Station nearby. Everyone was friendly. It was just a little confusing, having a premier grand room and being checked out on a different floor than where we were checked in and having to store our luggage on a different floor as well a bit confusing."

"We booked Ascott for our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed in a 1 BR executive and it was extraordinary. Very spacious with a kitchenette, living and dining area, large BR and large bathroom and two Todo washlet rooms. There was ample closet and drawer space, so we could fully unpack and not live out of our suitcases. The bed was super comfortable, nice linens and pillows. We also appreciated all the amenities in the room - including full size bath products, coffee and water replenished each...

"This is a newly opened hotel from 2023, and it’s perfectly situated with plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The lobby is located on the 18th floor, while our room was on the 43rd. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views that were absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time there. "
