From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly elevated my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything you would expect from a 5-star property. I especially loved the spa—peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Their onsen in the Travel Package is a must try with spacious jazccuzi, sauna and the special herbal soaks. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. The central location also made it convenient to reach many of Hanoi’s attractions.
