"Das Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen, was nervig war das man nicht selber sein Getränk auffüllen konnte im Essens Bereich und der Zustand am Strand sah auch nicht gut aus. Damit sind die liegen am Strand gemeint sehr unordentlich, war einfach kein schönes Erscheinungsbild. Meerwasser war eigentlich sehr schön wenn die Algenblätter nicht wären, was ich damit meine man könnte auch was dafür tun. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, sauber und das Personal war nett. "

My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. "Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."
