I appreciate the transparency about how the third-party reservation was configured within your property management system and how the authorization was mistakenly placed on the billing share rather than the incidental share. Regarding the authorization, while I understand the internal explanation involving system shares and third-party billing structures, an authorization for the full room and tax amount—when the stay was already prepaid—creates unnecessary financial strain and inconvenience.
