"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "

"The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . I strongly recommend the hotel specially for family trip , its a perfect...

"Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up"

"Beautiful hotel with a nice view of Lake Lugano. Great rooms. We were upgraded from a Mountain View room to a beautiful lake view at no cost. Thank you hotel Lido Seegarten. The best breakfast ever, the dining area has a view of the lake. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a perfect stop for us outside of Lake Lugano. The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating when we needed to leave early for a flight setting up a little breakfast for us."

"Le pour : L'appartement est très bien situe et simplement mais bien équipé. La vue sur le lac est très jolie. Le contre : Le matelas était trop mou et le lit inconfortable. Les instructions pour l'arrivé n'était pas claires et devait mentionnées que appartement est situé au 3ième sous-sol et pas au troisième étage. "

"La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo."
