"I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Salmiya. The staff, especially Ms. Kim at the front desk, were remarkable. Parking is very difficult however the security staff go out of your way to assist you in securing a spot. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again."

"I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance."

"Lovely new hotel, no frills but efficient and comfortable. The softest bedding I had in a long time, real comfy! The room was very spacious, the bathroom is well lit and the shower roomy. The connection to the mall is a super comfort, even if you are on a business trip, how convenient!"

"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."

"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym.
