Top comfort and staff

Stayed a full week in December 2016. Hotel was just built one year ago and was clean and very nice. Staff were very polite and professional. The room was a five star experience. quiet, bed very comfortable (soft, including pillows), nice padded carpet, walk in shower, safe for your personal items, wet bar, snack bar in room. Only negative is they do not have automatic drip coffee makers in the rooms. They have instant coffee and a tea pot for hot water. I did not get points for my rewards membership because I did not directly book my reservation with the hotel. This was a disappointment. The room service was good but the food was warm to cold the two times I ordered and the second time they did not include the condiments I asked for. They supplied the power adapters for my US power plugs. I would recommend this place to my friends and will likely stay again.

Cheap Hotel close to airport

This is a hotel where one should only stay if having a late or early flight departure. It is in the middle of nowhere with no view but the roads. It shares the same location as the Holiday Inn so you might as well save your money & stay there instead as their rates are even cheaper. The breakfast is delicious though & there is extensive choices. The hotel is also offering several dining establishments which are all great except the dinner buffet at Al Ahmady which was of poor quality with a nonexistent ambiance. The room are spacious but the AC is very cold even when you raise the temperatures or stop it altogether, I actually has to wear so much more clothes inside my room as it would be very cold. Super weird. Because of the cheap price, there is very limited service:I.e if you ask for a taxi that is public & not from the hotel, they do not want to help you & even if you insist, please expect a waiting time of 30-45min before they bring you one. Overall not a great experience but you get what you pay for.
