"The hotel was situated very central in old town of Lyon, very close to many restaurants, sights, and tours. Rooms were snug, couple of the floors did not have elevator access. The bath towels were pretty low quality, might be our only complaint. AC worked really well so that’s a huge plus in France. Have to get your own water from the main floor, hopefully they have caps for the bottles as they did not when we stayed here. "

"Love the location of the hotel- right at the expressway exit if you're driving into Lyon and convenient local tram connections to city centre. Quiet and tranquil with a huge park and by the Rhone nearby. The property is very dated and seen better days. We were on the 6th floor and it smelled musky with a hint of sewage.
