"Amazing Stay !!! Best Hotel in budget. Awesome options for food. 3 restaurants in the hotel. Gym with a view. Good swimming pool. Very good beds. Quality of everything is appreciable. 24 hrs room service was the cherry on the top. Laundromat facility was unique. Smart TV, Charging dock etc everything in the room was advanced tech. Overall complete value for money and probably better than others where the spend is higher. Keep it up !!!"

"Horrible place. No hot water in room. No internet. Rooms are dusty. Location is far from city. Only one small elevator for all the rooms. People are too loud at night time. We booked for 2 nights. But left a room only after one night. "

"This hotel is mainly used for weddings, They ll ask you to do breakfast with in a family function which they are hosting with in the hotel, also they ll move you to their 6th floor which has worst room, no hot running water, water pressure is super low, dirty sheets, sofas, broken chairs , plz be aware before booking this property"

"I booked a prepaid stay via Expedia, and checked -in around 9:30 pm. The default room allocated to me was terrible - smelled pretty bad, seems to have been closed since several days, no tea kettle or anything, bathroom knobs were broken etc. I called reception and asked them to come and see the condition and change my room. "Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. "
