"The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling . The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender. The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner . "We loved it here! Very luxurious and beautiful with a perfect location. The breakfast buffet was great, the access to the beach (literally a 2 min walk) was amazing, the pools and pool bar made us feel like we were able to completely relax. And the rooms were very much to American standards - plenty of sink space, larger shower, robes, fridge, huge closet, nice patio, nespresso machine. They even brought us a complimentary chilled bottle of wine and handwritten note on our first day. I highly recommend this hotel!"
