La gente de recepción muy amable, pero en el restaurante bar, la señorita que atendía en el turno matutino, parecía estar siempre de mal humor, y el muchacho que estaba en la tarde, peor todavía, además de prepotente y grosero. Renté 4 habitaciones para un pequeño grupo, y en las tardes nos juntábamos para tomar nuestras bebidas en los balcones de nuestros hoteles, y para esto mi esposa fue a pedir al bar hielos, y el muchacho le dijo que si quería hielos llevara su vaso, y se le explicó nuevamente que necesitábamos más pues eramos 8 personas, y de manera prepotente y vulgar, le dijo a mi esposa que si querían, que cada quien fuera con su vaso por los hielos. Sólo una persona con poca capacidad de servicio, y con poca materia gris en el cerebro, puede pedirle a un grupo de personas que vaya desde su habitación de manera individual a que le sirvan hielos hasta el bar , regresar a la habitación , y luego volver a ir cada vez que se sirva. Estuvimos 15 días en Europa en hoteles 3 estrellas, donde recibimos una excelente atención en todos, en Londres, París, Atenas y Santorini, en todos nos dieron todo el hielo que quisimos. El único hotel 4 estrellas fue el Giannoulaki en Mykonos, y fue el peor de todos, pésima ubicación, lejos de todo, y los del restaurante bar no sólo pésimos, sino majaderos. Creo que este hotel debería de ser máximo 2 estrellas, por su ubicación, por la poca preparación de su personal del bar y por la austeridad de su infraestructura.
