The hotel is in a lovely position just outside the main town which was ideal as we were less than 5 minutes from the ferries and restaurants but more peaceful (apart from the night when a radio show was being broadcast from the nearest bar, although it wasn't unbearably loud). A lovely family run hotel. In the midst of the Valpolicello wine region so surrounded by vineyards. They also have a family run winery attached. The room was large and had everything you needed. Some of their own wine in the fridge very reasonably priced. A lovely peaceful pool area and some great looking new glamping pods. Couldn’t fault them. Close to Verona and Lake Garda and about 90 minute drive from Venice. Would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic smart hotel. We stayed in one of the royal spa rooms which we did pay quite a bit more for but we were delighted with it. We had a steam room and a whirlpool bath for two (note the bath isnt designed to be hot like a jacuizzi). Very comfortable massive bed, separate lounge area. The buffet breakfast was extensive. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings & just 10 mins walk from the lakeside & restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and have found the service impeccable! The rooms modern and clean and facilities great. I have recently returned from a short break with my husband - we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is the perfect location for walks along the lake. With so many hotels to choose from we finally settled on booking Corte Valier. We were not disappointed! Clean, modern (but in a classy way) great breakfast, great spa area, not too busy... Although the north is more dramatic, in Lazise you are away from the tourists and you can still catch a bus or taxi to the north for the afternoon if you wish. For relaxation and re-charging you batteries this is 5/5.

Really great feeling about hotel. Staff particularly helpful and friendly. Can you book me a taxi?. Can you find me a decent restaurant? Can I have extra towels?. Everything answered quickly and politely, some five star hotels would do well to be this polite. If you are used to five star hotels, this will not disappoint. Rooms very clean, good size, pool beds really excellent, food and drinks excellent and very reasonably priced.
