Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier.
