The hotel agreed to a refund, but then ghosted hotels.com and won't pay us back, despite the fact we didn't even stay in it - When we arrived there was no one manning the desk - We were given a roomkey. They said "go to floor 2 room 2". I saw room 22 and assumed that was our room, so I buzzed it with our key, and it worked. It opened another man's room. "The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "
