"It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels."

"It is a bit far from the city centre, but we stayed only one night before flying home so for us it was not a problem. The only problem we had was that the restaurant doesn't have a menu in English! That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "

"I arrived a lot earlier of my check in time, I am a tourist and my plane was at 8 am. Upon check in the 2 girls charged me $66 for 4 hours of earlier check in and didn’t even give me a receipt. I paid for the hotel $60 but extra 4 hours cost me $66. So stupid and weird. I would really love to talk to their owner or manager at that time but there was any on duty. The hotel is nice but these two girls ruined my stay for overcharged "

I left my room early mornings and returned late in the evenings , which made me a very convenient guest who spent minimum units of electricity and water in the hotel . They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour.
