"Walked into reception to find a miserable looking woman holding her head in her hands, elbows on the desk. No greeting. Tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was already paid for on booking, 15 minute argument and would accept receipt as proof. Most of the lights in the room weren’t working, the room is wired wrong so all switches have to be on for any to work but you don’t know which combination of switches so that took 15 minutes to figure out. TV remote didn’t work. Asked at...

"Hôtel vieillissant, sol de la douche rouillé et chasse d’eau en continue à notre arrivée (réparé par mes soins). Poubelle non vidée, couche et reste de médicament dans la poubelle !!! Haut de porte sous le bloc clim affichant de la moisissure de manière importante. Certain B&B ont fait un vrai pas en avant dans la qualité, pas celui-là. "

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
