Respectful and courteous staff. I liked the overall ambiance and style of the hotel. Food and entertainment was pretty good. The pool area was nice. The main issues I had were that basically the hotel room had two different outlets that were not working to charge my phone and also the USB outlet in the room was not working for phone charging. So I has to charge my phone in kind of an inconvenient place. Otherwise a pretty good experience.
