"This place would be 5 stars except for 2 small but big deals. First there IS a septic problem that permiates the bathroom in a bad way. Second the "private beach" is nothing like you hope for in a Philippino beach. It's in a tiny industrial area that's really loud and you need water shoes if you're gonna go in because it's so insanely rocky. Everything else about our stay was awesome.
