The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...

"The location of the place is excellent, making it convenient for various activities. However, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane "

"We absolutely loved our stay. This is the kind of hotel-resort that has aged gracefully and we decided to keep coming back and bring our families as well! We miss it already! We stayed in the first room for half a day but it was warm. We were moved promptly after telling them it was warm and the AC could no longer make it colder. The room we moved to next was so much better. Thank you Shangri-la Mactan! You made our stay memorable! "
