Owners were so accommodating. All family members were trying to be of help as we kinda have hard time communicating. Will book again this property if I have at least more than 5 hours of layover. "

"excellent service, clean rooms. Simple but delicious Pho Noodle and fresh orange juice for breakfast. They also booked and planned my 1 day Halong Bay tour and got me back in time for my flight: Perfect place for short layover "

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"
